Automatic notifications

For reminders, "push notifications" are sent to those who have not responded. The system automatically sends notification week, three days, day and hour before the payment deadline expires and only to those who have not responded, notifications are not sent to those who have already marked attending (paid) or not attending.


Payment Deadline and Registrations

What happens when the payment deadline expires?

You can reopen registrations by extending the payment deadline, this is done by changing the event (edit event) and updating the date / date of the payment deadline.


If a member joins the age group after a payment event has been created, he or she will automatically become part of the event, provided that the payment deadline is not over.


If the payment deadline is over then it is not possible to register and the event is closed. In the picture below "Lokað" means "closed"
